I want to thank you for the role you played in getting our Sanani release generally available.  This release ensures  we remain a leader in our market and align with the market needs related to healthcare reforms; Sanani introduces solutions that make our customer’s more agile and administratively efficient.  As a Test team, your involvement in this release was key, and the improvements we made as a Test organization laid the foundation for continuing to increase the Quality of the product offering.

The extra effort, increased attention to detail and improved follow-up procedures had a positive impact on the Quality of the release.  Additionally, we took several steps toward improving our maturity as a Test organization.  We will continue to build on these improvements over the coming months by enhancing our internal processes, controlling our inputs and producing and executing high Quality test artifacts and activities.
